Text Message Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using our text messaging service. By opting in and using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Our service lets you send and receive text messages to and from El Paso on the Park at a designated number. Messages may include tour reminders, availability and leasing updates, appointment confirmations, community and maintenance notices, and other property-related content.
2. Consent to receive messages
By opting in, for example by checking the consent box on our tour request form or by texting us first, you consent to receive text messages from El Paso on the Park. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a home.
3. Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy and use your information only to provide this service and the leasing communications you asked for. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Message content
Messages may include tour reminders, availability and pricing updates, appointment confirmations, maintenance and community notices, and other property-related information.

8. Changes to these terms

9. Termination
We may suspend or end messaging for conduct that violates these terms or carrier rules.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
