This policy covers the El Paso on the Park website and its leasing communications. It explains what we collect when you reach out about a home, how we use that information, and the choices you have. If you have questions, you can contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Information we collect
When you use the tour request form, we collect the information you choose to share with us, which typically includes:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your desired move-in date
- Any message or questions you add
We do not run analytics or tracking tools on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include technical details like your IP address and browser type. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's use of that information is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries
- Schedule and confirm tours
- Communicate with you about leasing and availability
- Operate, maintain, and improve the site
Text messaging (SMS) program
We send text messages only to people who opt in, for example by checking the consent box on the tour request form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and reply HELP for help. You can opt out by any reasonable means, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of renting a home with us.
What we never do with your mobile number
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is used only to send you the messages you signed up for.
How we share information
We share your information only with the property's management company for leasing purposes, and with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver your request to us, for example our web host and our form-delivery provider. We do not sell your information.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as we need it for leasing purposes, and then we dispose of it. We protect the information we hold with reasonable safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
